Essentials covers daily reporting: people counting, sales integration, visitor forecasting, employee scheduling, capture rates, benchmarks, and automated reports. Advanced adds real-time reporting plus the AI assistant, people flow, demand forecasting, visitor opt-in, and marketing campaigns. Enterprise is custom: volume pricing and features such as CRM integration, virtual queuing, and alerting.

The subscription is per device per month; hardware is a one-time fee per device. The fee applies to Wi-Fi sensors purchased from Ariadne and can differ if you already own compatible sensors or choose LiDAR. SIM-enabled devices, waterproof cases, and PoE connectors carry extra charges.

Yes. After picking a plan you can start a free pilot at your location, with no payment required to start. Enterprise deployments begin with a conversation and a custom quote instead.

Quarterly or annually. Annual billing saves up to 30 percent. Prices can be displayed in other currencies as an indicative conversion, and invoicing is in EUR.

Often, yes. The one-time hardware fee is for Wi-Fi sensors purchased from Ariadne, and it can change if you bring existing compatible sensors. The hardware catalog lists compatible third-party sensors; sales can confirm whether yours qualify.
